Page Rank 10 Sites
This Page Rank 10 Sites page is a list of all the domains that have a Pagerank of 10. If you are intersested in seeing all the PR10 sites on the internet my PR 10 Pages lists every PR 10 page on the internet.
As of September 29th, there has not been a PR update for 2184 days. See my Page Rank Update List History which has the history of PR updates back to 2000.
The Oct 6th Toolbar update saw 11 out of 28 PR10 sites drop to PR9's. One theory why this happened is that as Google's index gets bigger the real PageRank number increases (this theory holds that the real PageRank scale is from 0.15 to the totol of numbers of pages in the index).
When the real PageRank numbers increase the range of each of the toolbar scale units moves up. As this happens the lower range of real PageRank in each toolbar unit (except the toolbar PR1 as it covers the very bottom of the real PageRank numbers) is then coved by the toolbar PR value below. Some would hold this is why 37 PR10's slipped to PR9's in this toolbar update.
